According to my friend Chris, Patagonia (southern part of Chile bordering the Argentinian Tierra del Fuego) fits very well in the list, so I followed his advice. The can is produced locally in the city of Punta Arenas, peninsula of Brunswick. The area is also called Chilean Antarctica.
